7.4. Booking system cultbooking 

We use the booking system cultbooking (Cultuzz Digital Media GmbH, Gneisenaustr. 66. 10961 Berlin) for room bookings on our website.
In order to book a room, we need your personal data such as name, address, e-mail address and telephone number, Article 6 (1) sentence 1 lit. b) GDPR.
When you book a room, the personal data you enter will also be forwarded to the cultbooking servers.
We use the Cultbooking tool in the interest of a possible simple and fast booking process, Article 6 Paragraph 1 Sentence 1 lit. f) GDPR.

8. Deletion and restriction of use of your personal data


Unless expressly stated in this data protection declaration, the data stored by us will be deleted as soon as they are no longer required for their intended purpose and the deletion does not conflict with any statutory storage requirements, in particular according to the German Commercial Code and the German Tax Code (AO). We would like to point out that data that we process for statistical purposes can be stored for a longer period of time in accordance with Art. 89 (1) GDPR if necessary. ​


We will immediately delete your personal data processed by us or restrict your processing if you request this and inform us about it. 


If the data is not deleted because it is required for other and legally permissible purposes, its processing will be restricted. This means that the data will be blocked and not processed for other purposes. This applies, for example, to data that must be retained for commercial or tax reasons. 


Personal data that is automatically sent to the Wix server when you access our website, or that you provide to us voluntarily when using Wix's own services (e.g. forms) integrated into our website, are processed by Wix, in our interest, stored for as long as our user account is active with Wix and we use the Wix services (e.g. the provision of this website and its content), and also insofar as this is required by law. 9. Transfers to third countries
