Ever since I was a child, I have loved to cook. After completing my training at the Bayerischer Hof in Bayreuth, I had the privilege of working in Switzerland for eight years. I have always been a chef with all my heart and I love using good products as well as trying out new dishes.

Here in the brewery it is important to me to use fresh and regional ingredients and to combine rustic with modern cuisine.
